My Ear Feels Like Its Clogged, Like I Can't Hear

My ear feels like its clogged, like I can't hear out of it besides a loud ringing or buzzing it started with my right ear and now it significantly feels clogged on my left ear but also right as well I don't know what to do? If I can buy an ear flusher over the counter?
