My Ear Is Hurting, Itching Inside, And Feels Like Something

My ear is hurting, itching inside, and feels like something is leaking. It seems like it is plugged but really hurting. it hurts to touch on the outer part behind the ear. My husband look and he said it looks like several pimple looking things inside and possibly leaking like puss. but it does hurt and I even have a headache any suggestions.
