My Earring Holes Bleed When I Put Earrings In. However,

My earring holes bleed when I put earrings in. However, they kind of get stuck half way and it hurts so I have to take them out and try again. This all started in school one day after doing P.E. and I tried to put my earrings in but they wouldnt go in. And they bled. Quite a lot. I started to panic because I thought they had sealed over but my friend (who has her ears pierced) said that I need to try and get it back it so it doesn't get infected. I got it back in after a few minutes but it then happened again a few weeks later (just hardly any blood) I'm scared to change my earrings now please help.
