My Ears Are Completely Blocked, Everyone Including Myself Sounds Like

My ears are completely blocked, everyone including myself sounds like they are talking underwater. (started early march and came and went a few times, now going on 3 weeks). My GP cannot see any infection, had CT Scan and scope of sinuses. Sent me to ENT. hearing test came back fine but pressure problem. Diagnosis inner ear syndrome??? It makes me dizzy, I have headaches daily. ENT sent me to Neurologist who said migraines (possibly food related). I cut out alcohol (I am a daily 1-2 glass in drinker) drink 10-12 glasses water per day, 2-3 cups coffee and eat the healthiest diet of anyone I know. I am seeing an allergist in 2 weeks, and in meantime I am miserable. Can barely function or think and cannot hear. I am an accountant so this is not good as I need my brain which is acting on half cylinder. 59 years old, 125 lbs and extremely active. I am concerned about my brain due to the headaches, and had a bad ski fall in Feb could this be related? would a CT scan catch any brain problems.
