My Ears Feel Normal Laying Down. When I Get Up

My ears feel normal laying down. When I get up the immediately get stopped up like I'm flying with a cold. When I lay down, I can feel them unblocking. My nose drains some, but not really a cold. I've tried Sudafed and Allegra D and so help. My pharmacist says he'd never heard of my problem. Anything I can do?
