My Ears Have Just Recently Started Ringing When I Yawn

My ears have just recently started ringing when I yawn (past 2-3 weeks). I thought it was something that would just go away, but it hasn't. I just sounds like a constant chime in my ears until the yawn/stretch is over. I don't hear anything any other times. Could it just be the pressure buildup is pressing on my nerves?
