My Ears (outside) Are Burning, I Feel I Have Cuts

My ears (outside) are burning, I feel I have cuts on my tongue, I get a itchy rash on my hands, I feels tired all the time. Dermatologist gave me a cream for dermatitis as I have a rash on my lower part of belly, it only got better with an exzema cream. I don't feel well overall all even though my labs came back normal
