My Ears Seems Like Full Of Air And Just Below

My ears seems like full of air and just below my chin there is a weird feeling like little discomfort though i have no breathing problem..... i took hiv tests last week on 31dec.. it was negative.. thats after six of possible exposure... could this be anxiety or what?? I had a running 2days a go and i took centricin and now its gone....i just dont know whatsup....
