My Eight Year Old Has Been Constipated, Had Frequent Nose

My eight year old has been constipated, had frequent nose bleeds, and has increasingly dark circles round his eyes- especially between the eyes. He doesn't act fatigued or sick. No fevers. All other behavior normal. His diet hasn't changed. He eats healthy square meals and I don't buy soda or juice. Should I be worried?
