My Eight Year Old Sometimes Complains That He Is Not

My eight year old sometimes complains that he is not able to get a breath. I notice no wheezing or coughing and he doesn't seem to be having trouble breathing. Mainly this happens occasionally at night but today he complained about it after he got in a car with cold air conditioning blowing.
