My Ejection Fraction 28% I Was Given Some Medication Like

My ejection fraction 28% I was given some medication like spironolactone 25mg tablet( 1 daily),furosemide 40mg(1tablet twice daily),carvedilol 6.2mg(1 tablet twice daily),lisinopril 5mg(2 tablet daily).this medication was given to me to remove access fluid from the body. So I have taken the first dose today. And now feel weak and am feeling heat like inside my body what can I do.i just check my blood pressure is 111/63 and my pulse is 76
