My Elbow Feels Like It Has A Packet Of Jell-o

My elbow feels like it has a packet of Jell-o on top of it. It doesn't hurt; but I am sure there is liquid in it, and it doesn't look like the other one anymore.

It hasn't become outrageous, but I don't want to die because of some ridiculous infection I didn't question.
What is the problem? Do I need to get to a Dr. soon? I probably can't get to one until tomorrow.
