My Elbow Is Swollen And Painful. I Think There Might

My elbow is swollen and painful. I think there might be a thorn in my skin/flesh that never got removed. This happened over a month ago so there is no sign on the skin where the thorn might have entered. I can only generally tell by the pain and some lumps where the thorn might be.
