My Elbows, Especially The Left One, Peels And Then Heals
My elbows, especially the left one, peels and then heals and then peels.....now for about 3 years mostly in the colder months .....but some in the summer. Just below the elbow on the boney surface it always looks bruised or purple in color. What do I have? Thank you.
