My Elderly Grandma Is Having A Lot Of Nose Bleeds

My elderly grandma is having a lot of nose bleeds and her right side of her face is hot, and left is cold, she has been doing a lot of strenouse activty today as well so she really tired and having hot flashes. I just wanna kno what I can do to help her.
