My Elderly Mom Has Been Treated With Vancomycin For The

My elderly mom has been treated with vancomycin for the second time. She has all symptoms of Cdiff but test was negative. She responded well last time but now is in ER with bloody diarrhea. Being far away, I am concerned that she is not having proper tests.
