My Eleven Month Old Has A Growth On Her Anus

My eleven month old has a growth on her anus that seems to be painful right on the bum crack I think it' hemorrhoid Because she has been strapping to go to make a bowl movement. But I'm not positive because it's the same color as her skin what could it be.
