My Eleven Year Old Fell And Hit Her Side Very

My eleven year old fell and hit her side very hard close to the ribs and stomach. Later on during the night She's had some vaginal spotting. She is also 6 days from becoming twelve. We are thinking she could have started her period but the blow to her side concerns me. Need your opinion.
