My Entire Ear Started Peeling... Thought It Was Dry Skin,

My entire ear started peeling... Thought it was dry skin, so I took it off...then I noticed little black dots in areas, so I assumed they were blackheads...I went to get rid of them and realized they were areas where my skin started peeling again. Clear fluid was coming out and in the areas where my earring hole is looked like it was a pimple. Now both my ears are raw, red, sore and patches of noticeable dry skin. Now I'm noticing little red dots on my face which one has a patch of dry skin on!
What's wrong with me?!?!!!
