My Entire Shoulder Down My Right Hand To My Fingers

My entire shoulder down my right hand to my fingers are in pain. I awoke yesterday with the pain and it seems resistant to pain meds.TThere are two main spots; the soft part on the front of my shoulder next to my collar bone and the top of my arm into my shoulder. Please help!
