My Entire Throat Is Painful And It Is Becoming Almost

My entire throat is painful and it is becoming almost intolerable to swallow, chew, talk, eat or even drink without immense pain. My right gland under my jaw feels slightly more prominent but I'm no expert, however I do not have any other symptoms, no red throat, no enlarged/inflamed tonsils, no white spots. Just this immense pain in my entire throat, it is outrageously painful to swallow now. It is constant and came on suddenly. I have had pain on and off with my throat for just over 3 weeks but NOTHING like this. Help!
