My Ex Daughter In Law Is Pregnant With Her 2nd

My ex daughter in law is pregnant with her 2nd child and is using pot, alcohol and smoking cigarettes. I am going to be raising her baby after its born, as i have her first child. what kind of problems might i be facing in the begining? it is a boy part native american and part white. what preventive measures can i take to prevent SIDS? I know not to use blankets or have anything in his bed with him, I also have bassinet set up right next to my bed.
