My Ex Girlfriend Says She's Pregnant A Couple Weeks Ago.

My ex girlfriend says she's pregnant a couple weeks ago. She tells me yesterday that she was admitted to the hospital for cramping and bleeding and stayed over night. She never called me. Today she says she had an appointment and the baby had no heartbeat so she's going in tomorrow for surgery. Is this normal to send someone home with a lifeless fetus or could this be a roller coaster ride of a story being told? Help please
