My Exzema Seems Unbearable. I Have Tried Steroid Creams And

My exzema seems unbearable. I have tried steroid creams and they don't seem to help. After I shower I don't dry off and then apply petroleum jelly. It is fine for a couple hours and then the pain and tritching come back. My neck feels like it is on fire.
