My Eye Lid Tissue Is Extremely Swollen So Large That

My eye lid tissue is extremely swollen so large that I have had many tests done and two biopsy now the eye is displaced I cannot close my eye at all and a bubble of tears has formed over the eye and pushed the eye out at the bottom over the bottom lid . what is wring?
