My Eye Pupil's Are Two Different Sizes One Is Bigger

My eye pupil's are two different sizes one is bigger then the other and for over a month I have constant pain in my ears more on one side then the other and the pain it goes from tingling to Sharpe pain to feels like there is constant vibration as well what does any of this mean I can't deal with it much longer
