My Eyeballs Ache And Cause My Vision To Seem Less

My eyeballs ache and cause my vision to seem less clear than normal. I can still see okay, but just not with my normal clarity. My eyeballs feel like they are under pressure. when I press on them it actually feels good, like getting a massage. This happens every once in a while. I feel sensitive to light today. What could cause this. It has been going on three days now. I thought it might have been my sinuses, but nothing is helping, not even my migraine medicine.
