My Eyelash Are Falling Out Early. .There For I Didn't

My eyelash are falling out early. .There for I didn't get attractive long lash as I had once...it always short by size & thin & gap between them.. & the root of lash hair there are so many dandruff. ..and whenever I try to remove this it also remove my eye lash...so disappointed. .
What could I do to get rid of this & get attractive lash as I had before when I was a child...plz suggest. .
