My Eyes Are Constantly Score And Have Developed A Slight

My eyes are constantly score and have developed a slight crisp around the punctum of my eye, but the crust is only located there and the rest of my eye dosn't appear to be irritated at all. I've washed my eyes every day for the past couple of days with no signs of the symptoms letting up. What could be the problem?
