My Eyes Twitch A Lot, My Lips Too Only When

My eyes twitch a lot, my lips too only when I smile. I have had dizziness for the last 2 months, I am very tired always, my vision is blurred even though my eyes are normal and my arms feel numb sometimes. My main issue is the dizziness and no doctor knows why I have it. My blood tests are normal too. Doctor can you please help and tell me what is wrong with me? Thank you!
