My Face Gets Flushed On One Side And My Body

My face gets flushed on one side and my body gets chilled inside. I have high blood pressure that I control w/meds...my lips also feel chapped when this happens....it'll go away and then come right back in awhile. I have lots of congestion, sneezing and
Constant running nose. Dr.says my lungs are clear and I take claritan once a day that doesn't seem to help, and a lot of mucus. This just started about 2weeks ago. I need some answer.
