My Face Is Full Of Black Marks And Both Sides

My face is full of black marks and both sides of cheeks was full of small black pimples and marks..and nose and cheeks also full of black spots.. recently I try chemical peeling..but no use...this marks makes my face so dark.. what is the solution for this
