My Face Is Itching So Bad. My Dermatologist Prescribed A

My face is itching so bad. My dermatologist prescribed a topical cream and facial wash but it did not help today she prescribed gabapentin 300 mg. I took it but my face is itching so bad. She also told me to use Vaseline and I did but it is still very itchy together with my neck.
