My Family Doctor Had An X-ray Done On My Lower

My family doctor had an x-ray done on my lower back due to persistent back pain when standing and ongoing nerve issues. He said that the x-ray showed bony protrusions from my lower sacral vertebrae which grow out like long loops and connect to my coccyx. Can you give me more information on this type of growth and possible complications from it. I am on the 'list' to see a specialist but it may take a few months before I can see anyone.
