My Family Dr Changed My Blood Pressure Medicine Frm Lisinopril

My family dr changed my blood pressure medicine frm Lisinopril to losartan hct because I was having headaches and coughing alot. Now Im not doing that just feel like I cant "wake up" everyday. I am also on generic cymbalta for anxiety. He recently upped my dosage on that instead of one ...two daily=60 mg. About a month ago, I went back down to only taking 30 mg once daily . I felt like I really didnt need to take that much. What my problem is now I have these bumps on chin and starting on my neck. Clear fluid inside and they will dry up but then new one pops up and the old one comes back. I look like I dont clean my face...I do. I am 48 yrs old if that helps anything. Can these meds cause these bumps? I also itch intensively downstairs , these meds cause itching?. I have tried everything but seems like calmoseptine works for a little while.
