My Family Has Been Passing Around A Cold For The

My family has been passing around a cold for the last month or so. For several weeks I've had a dry cough with intermittent wheezing when I breathe, especially when I lay down. Today I've been feeling a burning sensation when I breathe. Could it be bronchitis?
