My Family Has Been Passing Around Strep Throat. I Had

My family has been passing around strep throat. I had a sore throat for a couple of days, so I went to the urgent care. My strep test was negative, but the doctor gave me an antibiotic (cefuroxime 250 mg). I have now taken three doses. I had bad diarrhea all night and vomiting and extreme dizziness this morning. I have only been able to eat a small amount of food, white rice,toast, etc,but no more vomiting. My temperature is higher than it was yesterday, 100.9 an hour ago. I am taking Pepto Bismol and Advil for these symptoms. I am wondering if/when I should go back to urgent care or if I should just keep doing what I'm doing. All I know is that I feel awful and I want it to stop.
