My Family Member (68 Year Old Male) Had A Macroadenoma

My family member (68 year old male) had a macroadenoma removal. After 2 years he developed severe "neuropathy" ?? with muscle weakness and atrophy on legs and arms. He cannot move. He can use walker for 2 steps and he is exhausted. He has a history of HTN, CKD stage 2, CHF (compensated). There in no DM.MEDS: cortef, Coumadin,ramipril. amlodipine, testosterone inj. No thyroid meds!
What is wrong with him?
