My Family Member With Epilepsy Recently Was Given Zonesimide Or

My family member with epilepsy recently was given zonesimide or zone gran to take with trileptal for complex and simple seizures. It has helped with seizures but think it has a weird schizo affect. Taken for 12 days so far. Would you stay course or try to change to lomictal? We had Eeg that shows seizures on left temporal lobes. Also had normal MRI . Muscle tremors and memory loss.
