My Family Was Diagnosed With Scabies Months Ago. We Have

My family was diagnosed with scabies months ago. We have treated everyone in the house with premethrin several times and treated everything in our house several times. After treatment it seems to go away for a few days and then we all get reditchy bumps. Aren't recontracting it or is this Just a rash from the cream?
