My Father Age Is 69 He Is Suffering From Various

My father age is 69 he is suffering from various issues but my main concern concern is that just few days ago treatment done for COPD;BHP;DM;HTC and DCM (35%) at Anandlok Hospital 2 days ago he felt in washroom and his nose broken as per doctor his heart is very weak so first advise to ask Cardiologist doctor. So Pl advice what to do.or Please provide me E mail so I can send report.
