My Father Died Living In PR. He Was Found 3days

My father died living in PR. He was found 3days later...was starting to decompose. He had a pace maker and complained of pain of a swollen foot. When they found him, blood had come out of his mouth. Doctors said he died of natural causes. Could he have had an aneurysm? Was the swollen foot a sign of a bigger problem?
