My Father Had A Hear Attack Which Left Him With

My father had a hear attack which left him with 30pct heart function. He had a triple bypass and a month or so after that a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted. He has had a few bouts with congestive heart failure. He is currently having issues with his blood pressure spiking and his defibrillator going off. He is 85. He also has about 35% lung function with copd. How long can someone live with a pacemaker and defibrillator?
