My Father Had A Surgery Called Turp 2 Months Ago

My father had a surgery called turp 2 months ago for prostate enlargement. Now past from 15 days he is suffering with fever.used an antibiotic medicine given by general medicine doctor. At that time urine culture was normal but PUS cells were 4-6 hpf.. Now latest reports which came 2 days ago shows PUS cells 10-12 hpf and RBC 6-8 hpf, urine culture report says enterococcus species..i know its not normal but does it have any serious risk?
