My Father Has A White Portion Above The Anus Hole

My father has a white portion above the anus hole near his butt bone that looks like puss and skin going away. What might it be? I put peroxide on it and isoprocol alcohol and a relief ointment after cleaning it up but it appears as if the skin is dying. I'm not sure
