My Father Has Had An Angioplasty In September 2015 With

My father has had an angioplasty in September 2015 with 3 stents placed already, right now he is in the ICU and there seems to be another blockage now, doctors are unable to decide whether a case of restenoisis or some new blockage altogether. What would you recommend in this case, go for another angioplasty or a bypass this time??? If yes, then what would be the cost of bypass be and where should we get it done? We are located in Andheri, Mumbai currently.
