My Father In Law Is Getting Severe Pain On The

My father in law is getting severe pain on the right part of abdomen (on the sides of liver). He was scanned and informed by doctors that he has a possible adrenal adenoma and the cyst is 2.5 cm X 2.1 cm X 2.8 cm (length x breadth x depth). Since it is not growing, doctors said that the cyst is not a root cause for the pain. They couldn't come to a conclusion for the pain which he is getting. Please advice to which specialist should we approach for the mentioned problem.
