My Father Is 103 Years Old And For The Past

My father is 103 years old and for the past couple of years has had a chronic runny nose which has recently become so constant he has to have a tissue to wipe his nose every couple of seconds. The fluid is very much like water. He's become so upset by this and his doctor doesn't seem to have an answer for him.
