My Father Is 57 Yrs Old. Diabetic And Has High

My father is 57 yrs old. diabetic and has High bp. He is using insulin injections daily. But all these are under control. But nowadays he is complaining about sleeplessness. He was prescribed stalopam plus by the doctor. Is it advisable to take these sleeping tablets? Are there other alternatives to help him sleep better?
