My Father Is 62 Now Last Year He Got Paralise

My father is 62 now last year he got paralise attack on right side but after that also he gets the same attack again n again he starts with sshivering n then we have to shift him in the hospital this happens 3 to 4 times in a year its our out of budget n nor he speaks asingle word although speech therapist is there what to do
